- The premises of the Lets Work Mulund Centre is a silence and No Smoking zone. You must not disturb or cause any nuisance to other co-workers.
- Apart from personal desks/cabins, members are not allowed to use any other desks/cabins except the seating area near the reception.
- Housekeeping and office boy services will be available only in office premises and will not serve any co-worker personally, except in case of an emergency.
- Members should keep the washroom clean after use.
- Strict discipline and office etiquettes must be followed within the premises.
- Office timings are as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 12.00 AM
- Saturday: 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM
- Lets Work property should not be damaged.
- You are liable to pay for any additional costs incurred due to damage to the premises, printing expenses, or other related costs.
- Watching or downloading pornography is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against violators.
- Parking is available at additional charges (For 4-wheelers only).
- Lets Work will not be responsible for any commercial loss or damage caused due to internet breakdown.
- Access cards must be returned upon desk surrender. In case of loss or damage, Rs. 200/- will be charged additionally.
- You must not engage in unlawful, immoral, or unauthorized activities within the premises, including encouraging others to break any government or statutory rules.
- Members must not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the legal rights (including privacy) of others.
- Lets Work Co-Spaces Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right of admission.
- The Lets Work admin team reserves the right to refuse tasks they deem inappropriate and may report such requests if necessary.
- Any attempt to compromise the security or integrity of Lets Work's computing systems or networks is prohibited.
- Members must not alter any part of the workspace setup or leave valuables unattended.
- Members must ensure the safety of employees, contractors, visitors, and their belongings. Lets Work will not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
- Members must comply with all applicable laws in relation to their business and building premises.
- Lets Work may occasionally conduct maintenance work that may disrupt workspace access. Members will be informed in advance whenever possible.
- Lets Work reserves the right to use your company logo in marketing materials.
- The workspace must be used strictly for business/commercial purposes or supporting office activities.
- Beyond operational hours, access to workspace essentials such as tea/coffee machines and washrooms may not be available. Visitors and guests are not permitted beyond designated centre timings.
- A minimum one-month notice period is required before vacating the desk, prior to the expiry of the lock-in period.
- A list of national/public holidays is available with the community in-charge.
